Eric Beylier

Senior executive with over 25 years of passion for taking, merging or maintaining supply chain organizations, processes & technologies to their best level of performance.
Eric worked at Solvay, Rhodia, M.I.T., A.T. Kearney, Autodesk, ChevronTexaco, BP/ARCO Chemicals, TETRA Technologies and Scientific Drilling International, where he built a truly global operational experience in over 50 countries. He mastered the art & process of contract negotiations and led major global change management initiatives. He negotiated over $5 billion of contracts value, from basic commodities to highly complex engineered products & services and financial leases (FASB 13).
He also has a deep understanding of IT issues and ERP systems, such as Oracle JDE and SAP, as well as drone-based inspection, Artificial intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Vision and block chain technologies.
Mark McDaniel

Senior Executive in Supply Chain Management. He has 39 years of experience in the oil/gas industry. Mark’s industry experience comes from Texaco, Chevron, Halliburton, ConocoPhillips and Talisman. Mark formed McDaniel & Cullen in 2013.
For 13 years prior to this, Mark led global supply chain transformations focused on strategic sourcing, category management, major projects, low cost country sourcing, SAP implementation, contracts management, technology and supplier relationship management.
His global CPO experience in Fortune 5, service companies and independent operators gives him a unique insight into building high performing Supply Chain organizations and processes. Mark’s supply chain experience spans Upstream, Midstream and Downstream as well as Unconventional plays in N. America.
